摘要
楼盖跨度的增大使得楼盖刚度及阻尼减小,基频降低。因此在人行荷载激励下会产生较大竖向位移及加速度,甚至楼板共振。从而降低使用者的舒适感,甚至引起心理问题。因此对大跨度楼盖的舒适度研究具有实际意义。应用MIDASGen对天津生态城项目的大跨度悬挑区域楼盖在人行荷载工况下的峰值加速度进行研究,并于楼盖竖向位移较大处设置调谐质量阻尼器(TMD),分析结果表明:采用TMD的减振率达63%,有效降低了楼盖竖向振动,从而增强了楼盖的舒适度。
Spans of floors have increased which leads to decrease of the floor′s stiffness and damping,and the fundamental frequency decrease.Thus,the floors produce larger vertical displacement and acceleration,even causes floor resonance,forced by pedestrian loads.Furthermore,it will lower comfort of users and cause mental problem of them.Therefore,it is practical significance to study the comfort degree of large-span floors.MIDAS Gen was used to study performance of the long-span cantilevered floors,which were designed in the Tianjin Eco-city project,such as peak acceleration of floors,under pedestrian loads.In the project,some tuned mass dampers(TMD)were installed at the cantilevered floors which present large vertical displacement.The analysis results show that the reduction rate of these cantilevered floor′s vibration is 63%,which effectively reduces the vertical vibration of the floors and enhances the comfort of the floors.
