摘要
随着计算机的快速发展,BIM技术应用领域也变得越来越广泛。研究了BIM技术在装配式建筑施工全过程中的应用,结果表明:针对装配式预制构件,BIM技术在其施工阶段可以实现精细化管理,并结合Revit软件的建模分析对施工全过程进行实时追踪;同时,BIM技术还可以对施工现场的场地布置情况和施工进度进行模拟,预先发现施工中可能出现的问题,提高装配式建筑施工过程的安全性。
With the rapid development of computers,the application fields of BIM technology have become more and more extensive.This article studies the application of BIM technology in the whole construction process of prefabricated building.The research results show that:for prefabricated components,BIM technology can achieve fine management during its construction phase,and the entire construction process can be tracked in real time in combination with Revit software’s modeling analysis;meanwhile,BIM technology can also be used for site layout at the construction site The situation and construction progress are simulated,and problems that may occur during construction are discovered in advance to improve the safety of the construction process of prefabricated buildings.
