摘要
建筑保温与结构一体化特点为外墙保温板、保护层一起随主体浇筑施工,其优点是建筑保温与墙体同寿命,解决了外墙保温层脱落的隐患。同时由于保温板外侧混凝土仅有60mm厚,且设置一层钢丝网片,混凝土浇筑导致外侧混凝土不易振捣,易出现漏筋、孔洞、保温板移位现象,维修增加了施工成本。本文通过调整混凝土配比、优化混凝土浇筑方法、明确保温板固定措施,提高了混凝土施工的质量,为类似工程施工提供了借鉴。
The integrate of building insulation with building structure has the feature that constructing precast external wall and insulation board at the same time,to make sure them has the same life and avoid the falling off of insulation board.The thickness of outer concrete of insulation board is only 60 millimeter,including a mesh sheet,which makes concreting difficult and likely to have phenomenon of leakage tendon,void and deviation of insulation board.It increases the maintenance costs.The quality of concrete was raised by adjusting the ratio,optimizing method of concrete and fixing insulation board.This article provided reference for construction of the similar projects.
