建筑用金属面夹芯板力学性能研究现状 被引量:2

Research status of mechanical properties of metal sandwich panels for construction

摘要 金属面夹芯板因其良好的保温、防火、隔声等性能,作为围护结构在装配式建筑工程中得到了广泛的应用,而力学性能作为其保证安全性的基本性能在应用之初就得到了广泛的研究。随着金属面夹芯板在装配式建筑中的推广,新问题及新技术的出现使得金属面夹芯板的力学性能的研究更深入广泛。本文阐述了目前建筑用金属面夹芯板结构的分类及力学特点、金属面夹芯板力学性能的研究方法,以及金属面夹芯板在抗弯承载力、抗风荷载性能和抗冲击性能方面的研究现状。由此可知,目前对金属面夹芯板力学性能的研究已较为成熟。为了使金属面夹芯板有更广泛的应用,还需对层间不完全粘结以及在火灾、低温等特殊情况下的金属面夹芯板的力学性能做进一步的研究。 With the popularization and application of prefabricated buildings,metal-faced sandwich panels have been widely used as prefabricated structures in prefabricated construction projects due to their good thermal insulation,fire resistance,and sound insulation properties.Mechanical properties as the basic properties to ensure safety have been extensively studied from the very beginning.With the popularization of metal-faced sandwich panels in prefabricated buildings,the emergence of new problems and new technologies have made the study of the mechanical properties of metal-faced sandwich panels more extensive.This paper describes the current classification and mechanical characteristics of metal sandwich panels used in construction,research methods for the mechanical properties of metal sandwich panels,and the research status of metal sheet sandwich panels in terms of bending capacity,wind load resistance,and impact resistance.Now we can see that the current research on the mechanical properties of metal sandwich panels has been relatively mature.In order to make the metal-faced sandwich panel more widely used,further research is needed on the mechanical properties of the metal-faced sandwich panel under incomplete bonding between layers and under special conditions such as fire and low temperature.
