装配式内装修是目前政府大力倡导的装配式建筑体系中的重要组成部分。总结了目前传统装修工艺如水泥砂浆、腻子涂料、管线安装等湿法作业带来的开裂、污染等痛点。介绍了一种通过材料部品的工厂化生产、干法安装、管线分离等方式解决上述问题的装配式内装修技术体系,详细解释了轻质隔墙、干法地暖、整体卫浴等各种装配式工艺的技术优势,以及可以带来的质量改善和效率提升,并且介绍了一个该装配式内装修体系的住宅项目实践案例。

Prefabricated interior decoration is an important part of prefabricated construction system which the government is advocating.The bottlenecks and problems like cracking and pollution caused by the traditional wet construction technology of decoration such as cement mortar,putty and paint,pipelines were summarized.A new technical system of prefabricated interior decoration using prefabrication,dry construction and pipeline separation were introduced,the quality and efficiency improvement brought by various prefabrication technology like light partition wall,dry underfloor heating and unit bathroom were explained in detail,then a real-life residence project cases was introduced.
