南宁恒大国际中心嵌岩桩基础方案设计与分析

Design and analysis of rock socketed pile foundation of Nanning Hengda International Center

摘要 南宁恒大国际中心B、C座塔楼,地上37层,地下4层,屋面高度191m,采用框架-剪力墙体系,选用嵌岩桩基础形式。首先结合地勘报告对场地地质条件进行了系统分析;其后,对嵌岩桩基础方案的可行性和合理性进行了系统论证;随后,对嵌岩桩基础的桩底标高差控制方案进行了系统说明;最后,结合本工程嵌岩桩基础的应用实例,提出了对应类似工程的适用性建议。研究结果表明:通过合理的桩基形式比选及系统的设计措施执行,可以有效的提升嵌岩桩基础的结构合理性和结构安全性,研究结论可作为类似工程适用性参考建议。 Nanning Hengda International Center Tower B and C,37 floors above ground,4 floors underground,roof height 191 m,frame shear wall system,rock socketed pile foundation.The geological conditions of the site are systematically analyzed in combination with the geological exploration report.After that,the feasibility and rationality of rock socketed pile foundation scheme are systematically demonstrated.Then,the control scheme of pile bottom elevation difference of rock socketed pile foundation is systematically explained.Finally,combined with the application of rock socketed pile foundation in this project,the applicability suggestions for similar projects are put forward.The research results show that:through reasonable comparison and selection of pile foundation forms and implementation of system design measures,the structural rationality and structural safety of rock socketed pile foundation can be effectively improved,and the research conclusions can be used as reference suggestions for applicability of similar projects.
