基于红外热成像法和超声波法的钢管混凝土无损检测技术试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 为了克服超声波法在钢管混凝土结构构件缺陷检测过程中可能出现的误判现象,客观表征钢管混凝土内部空洞和钢管与混凝土脱黏两种缺陷,本研究将红外热成像法引入钢管混凝土结构构件无损检测技术中。通过红外热成像法检验钢管壁与混凝土的脱黏缺陷,辅之以超声波法检测钢管混凝土的内部空洞。研究表明,本研究可以更全面评定钢管混凝土结构的两种缺陷,同时检测方法快速简便高效。 In order to reduce the risk of misjudgment and miscalculation during the defects detection of concrete-filled steel tube based on ultrasonic method,this research introduced infrared thermal imaging method to the non-destructive detecting technique to objectively characterize the internal cavity of concrete filled in steel tube and the debonding of steel tube from concrete.In this study,infrared thermal imaging was used to test the debonding of steel tube from concrete,and then the internal cavity of concrete filled in steel tube was detected by ultrasonic method.Experimental studies have shown that this study can efficiently evaluate two defects of concrete-filled steel tubular structures,and the detection method is efficient,simple and low-cost.
