摘要
始建于1920年的上海市某优秀历史建筑,为六层混合结构商业、办公用房。目前使用方拟对房屋进行修缮,为了解房屋现状,给后续修缮设计提供依据,对房屋进行了现场检测,分析了房屋的安全性和抗震性能,提出了相应的处理措施。
The excellent historical building was built in 1920,the holder intend to repair and reconstruction the building.For invest the current status of the building and provide technical foundation for further design,in-situ inspection was implemented and the structural safety and seismic capacity were analyzed,then the corresponding measures were put forward.
