既有多层住宅加装电梯结构设计问题分析 被引量:15

Analysis on problems about structural design of elevator adding of existing multi-storied residential buildings

摘要 在杭州市经过两年多的加装电梯实践证明,加装电梯与既有住宅采用"弱连接"是合理可行的方案。加梯设计中,针对其高宽比大、自重轻、对风荷载敏感等特点,需适当加大风荷载取值。基础设计时,注意对基底零应力区或者基础抗拔的复核。文中给出了符合设计假定的"弱连接"节点构造。为减小变形,建议柱脚按刚接设计。有条件时应要求钢结构主体与外围护装饰采用工厂一体化制作,提高现场施工的装配率。 It has been proved that using"weakly connection"when installs elevators in existing multi-storied residential buildings is a reasonable and feasible scheme during two years of adding ladder in Hangzhou.It is necessary to add wind load properly dues to high aspect ratio,light self weight and being sensitive to wind load in the design of adding ladder.During the foundation design,the designer should pay attention to the review of the zero stress zone of the base or the uplift resistance of the foundation.In this paper,a construction of"weak connection"node is proposed,which is in accordance with the design assumption.In order to reduce the deformation,it is suggested that the column base should be designed as rigid joint.When conditions permit,it is required that the main body of the steel structure and the outer enclosure shall be made in a factory to improve the assembly rate of the site construction.
