高层建筑地下结构裂缝控制方法及其工程应用 被引量:3

Control method and engineering application of cracks in the underground structure of high-rise buildings

摘要 对地下结构进行露天大开挖施工时,如何有效地控制裂缝的产生与发展并达到地下混凝土结构的防渗要求,已经成为高层建筑建设中亟待解决的工程实际问题。本文针对实际中地下结构裂缝产生的特点,结合有关工程裂缝鉴定的意见,提出适用于高层建筑地下结构裂缝控制的"沉降挤密法",并通过实际的工程案例验证其可靠性。 When the underground structure is excavated in the open air,how to effectively control the development of cracks and meet the impervious requirements of underground concrete structure has become an urgent engineering problem in high-rise building construction.In view of the characteristics of underground structure cracks in practice,combined with the opinions on engineering crack appraisal,this paper puts forward the"settlement compaction method"suitable for the control of cracks in the underground structure of high-rise buildings.Meanwhile,its reliability is verified by practical engineering cases.
