摘要
针对我国大中城市停车位需求量很大,亟待解决的停车难问题,提出了高层建筑式立体车库概念和设计方案。同时,该车库结构设计需解决梯形板形板受力分析及次梁布置形式的问题。通过有限元进行建模,并结合不同的次梁布置形式对梯形板产生的影响进行对比分析,得出该立体车库的次梁最优的布置方案,并结合PKPM软件,评价所提出的不同梁板布置方案的功能性和可靠性,并针对最优次梁布置方案,对其搭接形式及关键节点进行构造设计。为了使梯形板达到正常使用要求,最有效的方式即减少梯形板角点处主梁与次梁所围成的计算面积;采用最优的三道次梁方案,在不影响框架稳定的基础上解决了该框架形式下梯形板存在的开裂问题。
The concept and design scheme of the high-rise building-type three-dimensional garage are put forward to solve the parking problem in large and medium-sized cities.At the same time,the structural design of the garage needs to solve the problems of the stress analysis of trapezoidal plate and the layout of secondary beams.Through the finite element modeling and the Comparative Analysis of the influence of different secondary beam layout forms on the trapezoid plate,the optimal secondary beam layout scheme of the three-dimensional garage is obtained,and combined with PKPM software,the function and reliability of the different beam-slab layout schemes are evaluated,and the optimal sub-beam layout schemes are designed.In order to make the trapezoidal plate meet the normal use requirements,the most effective way is to reduce the calculation area around the main beam and secondary beam at the corner of the trapezoidal plate;The cracking problem of trapezoidal plate under the frame form is solved without affecting the stability of the frame.
