摘要
天津某大型医院门急诊医技综合楼及1号住院楼为L型平面、带大底盘多高层结构,经过结构选型比较,采用下部混凝土框架-剪力墙、上部钢框架-钢板剪力墙结构体系。本工程存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、局部穿层柱等不规则项,属于超限高层建筑。综合考虑结构不规则程度、经济合理性,确定结构的抗震性能化等级为D级,进行了小震、中震及大震作用下的计算分析,结果表明结构体系合理,可以达到预定的抗震设防目标。此外,针对本工程超长、结构不设缝的特点进行了混凝土温度应力分析,结果表明通过采取合理的加强措施,超长混凝土的温度裂缝可以得到有效的控制。
Outpatient and Emergency Medical Technology Building and No.1 Inpatient Building of a large hospital in Tianjin are L-shaped planes and multi-rise structures with large chassis.After structural comparison,the lower part adopts a concrete frame-shear wall structure system,with the upper part a steel frame-steel plate shear wall structure system.There are irregular items such as torsional irregularity,plane irregularity,discontinuous flooring,and partial through-layer columns,which belong to the overrun high rise.Comprehensively considering structural irregularity and economic rationality,the seismic performance grade of structure is determined to be D,and the calculation analysis under the action of small earthquakes,moderate earthquakes and large earthquakes is performed.The results show that the structural system is reasonable and can achieve the predetermined seismic fortification target.In addition,the thermal stress analysis of the concrete was carried out based on the characteristics of long length and no structural joints.The results show that by taking reasonable strengthening measures,the temperature cracks of the super-long concrete can be effectively controlled.
