摘要
根据本工程建筑功能特点和使用要求,对其进行结构抗侧力体系方案比选,并深入探讨框架-剪力墙结构中剪力墙的布置、地基土层较弱引起承载力及沉降等问题,并提出相应的解决方案。介绍对结构薄弱部位及大跨部位所采取的概念设计及构造措施。
According to the features and requirements of this project,comparisons are made in structural lateral resistance systems.Deeply introductions the layout of the shear wall in frame-shear wall structure are present.The capacity and settlement are around the limit of codes,due to the weakness of foundation soil.All the measures are demonstrated to solve these problems.Apart from that,such as vulnerable and long-span parts in the structure are settled by conceptual design and construction measurements.
