摘要
内蒙古电力生产调度楼地上7层,主体结构高度33.3m,选用框架-剪力墙结构体系,结构平面尺寸165m×70m。首先结合建筑方案及结构合理性说明了主体结构的防震缝设置方案。随后系统介绍了上部结构体系的选型过程。同时对主体结构的不规则类型及超限判别结果进行了具体陈述。最后对主体结构选用的性能化设计方法进行了重点说明。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的结构体系方案和性能化设计方法,原结构的超限属性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标及承载力验算结果可以较好的满足设定目标,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。
Inner Mongolia electric power production and dispatching building has 7 floors above the ground,the main structure height is 33.3 m,the frame shear wall structure system was selected,and the structure plane size is 165 m×70 m.First of all,combined with the architectural scheme and structural rationality,the setting scheme of seismic joint of the main structure was explained.Then,the selection process of superstructure system was introduced.At the same time,the irregular types of the main structure and the results of over limit discrimination were stated in detail.Finally,the performance-based design method of the main structure was emphasized.The research and design results show that:through the selection of reasonable structural system scheme and performance-based design method,the over limit property of the original structure is effectively controlled,the calculation indexes and bearing capacity check results of the structure can better meet the set objectives,the structure is safe and reliable,and the structure design is feasible.
