文安某文化艺术中心结构设计

Structural design of Wen’an Marine Cultural and Art Centre

摘要 介绍了文安某文化艺术中心的结构设计,该建筑平面和立面均较为复杂,且结构超长。结构存在扭转位移比超限、楼板开大洞、局部跃层柱等不规则项。通过温度应力分析以及构造措施解决建筑物超长问题。采用盈建科(YJK)和PMSAP两种软件进行了小震下的弹性计算。计算结果表明,结构的周期比、层间位移角等指标均满足规范要求。对结构关键部位采用抗震性能化设计,并对结构进行了小震弹性时程分析及大震静力弹塑性时程分析。综合多种分析表明,整体结构各项设计指标满足规范要求,不规则性问题得到合理处置,结构抗震性能良好,体系安全可行。 The structural design of a marine cultural and art centre of Wen’an was introduced.The plane shape and facade shape of the building are complex,and the structure is over-length.There are irregular items such as torsion irregularity,open holes,and cross-story column irregularity for the building.Temperature stress analysis and constructive measures were considered to solve the problem of plane over-length.Programs of YJK and PMSAP were used to conduct the elastic calculation under the frequent earthquakes.Results show that,period ratio and interlayer displacement angle of the structure meet specificaiton.Seismic performance design for key parts of the structure was conduct,and the elastic time-history analysis under frequent and the static elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake were carried out.The analysis results show that all the indicators of the whole structure meet the demands of codes,and the irregularity of the original structure has been reasonably dealt with.The seismic performance of the structure is well and the structure is safe and reliable.
