摘要 世茂涞水一渡山地高层建筑住宅及车库,结构总高度102.5m。车库均为地上建筑,主楼为多塔大底盘结构。基础持力层为微风化白石灰岩,基础埋深不满足规范要求,需对主楼稳定性进行验算。因为山地建筑,结构计算中考虑地震力与风荷载效应增大系数。考虑车库两侧临空、两侧与山体相连,地震中相连一侧土体对结构会有较大的附加地震水平作用,综合考虑采用布置"减震沟"技术措施,可同时实现减小地震作用,并使受力明确、进而降低综合造价的作用。 The building height of the residence and garage which is located at hilly,and its total structural height is 102.5 m.Construction of the garage is all aboveground,structure of the main building is multi-tower large chassis.Foundation of the bearing stratum is light white limestone.The buried depth of the foundation does not meet the standard requirements.Because it is mountain buildings,the increase coefficient of seismic force and wind load effect is taken into account in structural calculation.Considering the air space on both sides of the garage and the connection between the two sides and the mountain,the soil on the adjacent side of the earthquake will have additional seismic horizontal effect on the structure.Comprehensive consideration will be given to the fact that the foundation pit will not be filled after the excavation,and the seismic isolation trench can be used to reduce the stress of the earthquake action and reduce the inclusive cost at the same time.
