摘要
介绍了158m皖新文化创新广场办公楼超限高层结构抗震设计与分析,结构采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,设计使用SATWE和MIDASBuilding两种程序进行整体结构多遇地震作用下的弹性分析,同时补充了多遇地震作用下的弹性时程分析及罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性分析,各项计算指标均满足规范要求。通过采用抗震性能设计方法,选用适宜的抗震性能目标,采取合适的加强措施保证了结构具有良好的抗震性能。所采用的结构设计和分析方法可供类似超限高层建筑结构设计参考。
The seismic design and analysis of a 158 m limited-beyond high-rise office building in Wanxin Cultural Innovation Plaza were introduced.The structure adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system.SATWE and MIDAS Building programs were used to design the elastic analysis of the whole structure under frequent earthquakes.The elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquakes and the static elastic-plastic components analysis under rare earthquakes were supplemented.All calculation indexes meet the requirements of the code.By adopting the seismic performance design method,choosing the appropriate seismic performance objectives and taking appropriate strengthening measures,the structure has good seismic performance.The structural design and analysis method adopted can be used as a reference for the structural design of similar high-rise buildings.
