Structural seismic design on a super high-rise hotel building

摘要 广州琶洲西区AH040110地块超高层酒店为B级高度的复杂高层建筑,存在侧向刚度不规则、局部不规则、局部楼板不连续及局部楼层扭转不规则情况。设计中采用了基于性能设计的抗震设计方法,对不同结构构件,根据其重要性提出不同的抗震性能目标。并对结构进行了小震弹性反应谱、小震弹性动力时程、中震和大震作用下的性能目标复核、大震弹塑性计算分析。分析结果表明,结构整体和各构件的抗震性能均能达到设计的预期目标。针对超限情况及设计中的关键技术问题,采用相应的抗震分析计算措施及构造加强措施,确保构件满足设定的抗震性能目标。 The super high-rise hotel building in AH040110 plot of western Pazhou in Guangzhou is a complex extra-high building which exceeds A-level height limit of the code.There are irregularities including irregular lateral stiffness,partial irregularity,partial discontinuity of the floor and partial torsion irregularities.The performance-based seismic design was adopted in this design.Depending on the different importance of each structural member,different seismic performance targets were proposed.The elastic response spectrum under frequent earthquakes,the elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquakes,the performance-based seismic design under fortification and rare earthquakes,as well as the static elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes were performed.The analysis results show that the seismic performance of both the whole structure and each structural member can reach the expected seismic performance targets.For the out-of-code irregularities and the key technical issues of this project,corresponding seismic analysis and seismic measures were used to ensure that the structural members satisfy the seismic performance targets.
