摘要
某大型风洞项目中的洞体结构,对结构变形控制要求非常高,采用后张有粘结预应力混凝土技术和可调节的钢结构支撑、模板体系解决苛刻的变形控制难题。为了确保洞体微变形控制的设计与施工方法的可靠性,进行足尺试验研究和理论分析,验证了设计和施工方法的可行性。可为类似工程的设计和施工提供参考。
Large wind tunnel structure is strict deformation.It can solve the problem of deformation control with bonded post-tensioned pre-stressed concrete,adjustable steel support and formwork system.Full-scale test and theoretical analysis are conducted to ensure the reliability of design and construction methods on micro-deformation control.The results show that design and construction methods are feasible.The design and construction methods can provide reference for similar projects.
