摘要 深圳国际会展中心地上建筑由11栋多层建筑组成,总建筑面积160万m^2。北登录大厅装饰金属屋面轮廓尺寸约186m×128m,长度小于300m;最大柱距为45m,柱顶采用树状分叉柱的形式与网格结构连接,支点间间距为27m,跨度小于120m。主要介绍了北登录大厅装饰金属屋面屋盖主体结构的设计,包括设计标准、荷载取值、结构方案的演变过程等,对一些设计过程中的关键技术问题和解决思路进行了阐述。基于受力分析和方案公司定的原则,确定采用树状分叉柱+网格结构的结构方案,且对结构构件截面进行优化后,实际用钢量大幅降低。 The above ground building of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center consists of 11 multi-storey buildings with a total construction area of 1.6 million m^2.The decorative metal roof of the north lobby has an overall dimension of about 186 m×128 m and a length of less than 300 m;the maximum column spacing is 45 m,and the column top is connected with the grid structure in the form of tree branch column,where the spacing between the supporting points is 27 m and the span is less than 120 m.This design of the main structure of the decorative metal roof of the north lobby was mainly intorduced,including the design standard,load value and evolution process of the structural scheme,and some key technical problems and solutions in the design process were expounded.Based on the mechanical analysis and the principles made by the scheme company,the structural scheme of tree branch column and grid structure was determined,and the actual steel consumption was greatly reduced after the structural member section was optimized.
