Structural form selection and optimization design control for large-span complex structure with high-position transfer

摘要 南京南站G84-E地块E2#楼是一大跨度高位转换复杂高层建筑,该项目具有转换跨度大、结构荷载重、两翼刚度小及平面不规则等特点,给结构设计带来了众多亟待解决的重难点问题。根据结构体系特点,分别从结构抗震性能指标、建筑功能、施工难度和经济合理性等方面,重点分析了转换构件方案和抗侧力体系选型,并结合大震弹塑性分析结果,提出采用屈曲约束支撑解决部分柱达到屈服状态的问题。最后,对此类大跨度高位转换复杂结构体系在选型中应注意的问题和解决方案进行了总结。 The E2#building of G84-E plot of Nanjing South Railway Station is a large-span complex high-rise building with high-position transfer.The project has the characteristics of large-span transfer,heavy structural load,small stiffness of two wings and plane irregularity,which brings many important and difficult problems to the structural design.According to the characteristics of the structural system,the transfer component scheme selection and the selection of the lateral force resistant system were analyzed emphatically from the aspects of the structural seismic performance index,building function,construction difficulty and economic rationality.Combined with the elastic-plastic analysis results under the rare earthquake,the buckling-restrained brace was proposed to solve the problem that some columns reached the yield state.Finally,the problems and solutions that should be paid attention to in the selection of this kind of large-span complex structural system with high-position transfer were summarized.
