摘要
箱型截面杆件在焊接过程中,由于局部的热胀冷缩,焊缝处形成不均匀的温度场及金属的相变作用,焊缝附近区域存在残余应力,一些焊缝区的残余应力可能会超过材料的屈服强度而影响结构的安全。利用Simufact.Welding软件对箱型截面杆件焊接过程进行热力耦合模拟,对比分析三种焊缝布置方案杆件的焊接残余应力与成型效果,得到了箱型截面杆的合理焊缝布置方案,指导工程实践;并为进一步研究焊缝布置方案对箱型截面焊接节点的残余应力及变形的影响提供理论指导。
During the welding process,the box-shaped section is formed by uneven heat temperature and metal phase transformation due to local heat expansion and contraction.There is residual stress in the vicinity of the weld,and residual stress in some weld areas may be Will exceed the yield strength of the material and affect the safety of the structure.The thermodynamic coupling simulation of the welding process of box-section members was carried out by using Simufact.Welding software.The welding residual stress and forming effect of the three welded joints were compared and analyzed.The reasonable weld placement plan of the box section rod was obtained.Engineering practice;and provide theoretical guidance for further study of the effect of weld placement on the residual stress and deformation of box-section welded joints.
