装配式明挖电力管廊标准段拼接方式选型研究 被引量:4

Study on the connection selection of the precast HV cable tunnel which berried on the open-cast segment structure

摘要 现有的预制拼装式地下隧道及管廊的标准段拼接方法包括了预应力筋、柔性承插口及螺栓拼接等方式,不同的拼接方式都具有相应的技术特点及技术优势,通过分析电力管廊运营功能需求和具有曲线轴线需求等特点,从技术、经济角度分别进行对比分析,提出了能够实现管节标准段之间、管节结构与电缆设备支架之间均采用螺栓拼接的预制拼装式管廊结构形式,为预制拼装式电力管廊结构的设计及应用提供依据。 The most widely used connection of the precast concrete components are prestressed steel strand,flexible socket and the bolt connections,each kind of these connection has its own characteristic and advantages.Base on the analyzing on the demand of the operation and the curved axis of the utility tunnel,the this paper compares the technical and economics of the connections,and then propose a structure style of the HV cable tunnels,which connected all by bolts between concrete components and steel support for the cables,which provide a references for similar precast reinforce concrete HV cable tunnel construction.
