重载铁路隧道病害调研与整治技术研究 被引量:4

Research on disease investigation and remediation technology of heavy railway tunnels

摘要 重载铁路隧道由于地质条件的复杂性、运输频繁以及轴重大等特点,相较于普通铁路线路更容易产生衬砌开裂、壁后空洞、掉块、渗漏水和结构变形等问题。本文通过对8座重载铁路隧道的现场调研和检测分析,总结了重载铁路隧道内衬砌裂缝、衬砌厚度和基底厚度不足等病害的分布规律,提出了适用于铁路隧道内衬砌裂缝治理和衬砌置换补强的整治方案,经过现场试验证明了方案的可行性,对于今后类似的衬砌病害治理有较大的参考价值。 Due to the complexity of geological conditions,frequent transportation and heavy axles,Heavy-haul Railway Tunnels are more likely to cause lining cracking,cavity behind walls,block falling,leakage water and structural deformation than ordinary railway lines.Based on the field investigation and detection analysis of eight Heavy-haul Railway tunnels,this paper summarizes the distribution regularity of lining cracks,lining thickness and insufficient base thickness in Heavy-haul Railway tunnels,and puts forward a treatment scheme for lining cracks and lining replacement reinforcement in railway tunnels.The field test proves the feasibility of the scheme,which has great reference value for similar lining disease treatment in the future.
