摘要
输变电工程建设质量直接关系到电网投资效益和安全稳定运行,输变电工程土建部分作为输变电工程建设的重要环节,其建设质量的好坏直接影响工程的安全运行。在介绍特高压工程基础质量和常规输变电工程基础质量概况基础上,总结了目前输变电工程土建质量管控现状和存在的问题,指出了其发展趋势及要求。
The construction quality of power transmission and transformation project is directly related to the benefit of power grid investment and power system secure operation.The civil construction of power transmission and transformation project is a key link of power transmission and transformation engineering construction.The quality of civil construction directly affects the safety operation of the project.Following the introduction and analysis to foundation quality of UHV project and conventional project,this paper summarizes the present status and problems of civil construction quality management of power transmission and transformation project.Meanwhile the development trend and some requirements of civil construction quality management of power transmission and transformation project are put forward.
