插接式拼装独立基础整体工作性能分析 被引量:1

Analysis of integrity working performance for prefabricated foundation characterized with plug-in assembly

摘要 为验证插接式拼装独立基础的整体工作性能,采用ANSYS软件对新型预制插接式拼装独立基础进行有限元数值模拟分析。分别建立整体独立基础和拼装基础的有限元模型,分析对比了两者在相同外荷载下的位移反应;同时,在接触面分别考虑和忽略摩擦力,对比响应结果。分析结果显示,插接式独立基础的整体工作性能良好,在理论分析时,可以忽略接触面的摩擦力对基础受力的影响。 In order to verify the integrity working performance of the prefabricated foundation featured with plug-in assembly,the finite element numerical simulation analyses were carried out employing software ANSYS.Finite element models of integrity cast foundation and plug-in assembled foundation were established,respectively,and,the displacement responses of the two under the same external loads were analyzed and compared.Meanwhile,the results from models with and without consideration of friction on the contact surfaces were also compared.The analysis results show that the prefabricated foundation with plug-in assembly is of good integrity working performance,and,the influence of the friction on the contact surfaces of the prefabricated foundation can be ignored in the theoretical analysis.
