摘要
介绍了某社区文化中心的钢结构设计,该工程具有扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、侧向刚度不规则和竖向抗侧力构件不连续的特征,属于特别不规则多层超限钢结构。为满足多遇及罕遇地震下的承载力和延性要求,采用不同分析软件对此超限结构进行小震反应谱分析、小震弹性时程分析及大震弹塑性分析,结果表明结构各项整体指标满足规范要求,结构布置合理并具有良好的抗震性能。
The steel structure designs of a community cultural center were introduced.The building is complicated with irregular planar torsion,floor partial discontinuity,irregular lateral stiffness as well as vertical load-resistance members discontinuity,which is defined as out-of-code multi-story irregular steel building.In order to investigate the building’s load capacity and ductility behavior,the response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquake together with elastic-plastic pushover analysis under rare earthquake were carried out by different analysis softwares.Based on the analysis results,it is demonstrated that all the property index of this building meet the requirements according to specification,and the building has rational structural layout as well as good seismic performance.
