摘要
济南唐冶奥特莱斯购物中心项目采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,对结构平面不规则,楼板开大洞,抗侧力构件不连续等不规则项引起的超限,进行针对性分析,采用性能化设计方法,保证结构的抗震性能。根据分析结果进行结构设计,各项结构指标均能够满足规范要求,结构布置合理,安全可行。同时介绍了基础选型、结构超长分析和特殊部位的结构处理措施。
The Mall named Jinan Tangye OUTLETS adopts in-site concrete frame-shear wall structure system,the performance-based seismic design method was adopted to ANSYS the structure according to the irregular plane,big opening in floor and discontinuity of lateral resistence members,the indices of the result can meet the code requirements,the arrangement of the structure is reasonable and the structure has safety performance.And also progress of foundation,super-length concrete structure stress analysis and the special joints were introduced.
