摘要
针对B座住宅工程设计出现的问题,通过调整剪力墙位置解决了周期比不满足设计规范的不利影响;分析了温度应力对超长楼板的影响,并提出处理意见;从计算及构造上加强解决细腰问题;本结构为高位转换,应关注高振型对结构的影响。
In view of the problems in the design of Block B residential engineering,the adverse effects of the period ratio not satisfying the design code are solved by adjusting the position of shear wall,and the influence of temperature stress on the ultra-long floor is analyzed,and the treatment suggestions are put forward.From the calculation and structure to solve the problem of fine waist;this structure is a high conversion,we should pay attention to the influence of high vibration mode on the structure.
