某高层办公楼超限结构设计与分析 被引量:3

Structural design and analysis for an out-of-code high-rise office building

摘要 本工程存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、斜柱和穿层柱等超限不规则项。针对结构超限情况,提出合理的抗震性能目标,进行了超限分析和论证。利用设计和分析软件SATWE,MIDAS和SAUSAGE,对结构进行了多遇地震作用下的反应谱分析、弹性时程分析和罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明:本工程采用的结构体系抗震性能良好,结构各项性能指标均满足预先设定的性能目标要求。 The project has such transfinite irregularities as torsional irregularity,floor discontinuity,inclined column and perforating column.In view of the over-limit situation of the structure,the reasonable aseismic performance target was put forward,and the over-limit analysis and demonstration were carried out.Design and analysis software SATWE,MIDAS and SAUSAGE were used to analyze the response spectrum and elastic time history of the structure under the action of frequent earthquakes and the dynamic elastoplastic time history under the action of rare earthquakes.The analysis results show that the structural system adopted in this project has good aseismic performance and all the performance indexes of the structure meet the pre-set performance targets.
