摘要
芜湖某超限高层建筑地上48层,主体高度159.75m,针对本工程大底盘双塔和高位转换的特点,采用多种程序对结构进行了弹性、静力弹塑性计算分析,除保证结构在小震下完全处于弹性状态外,还针对关键构件进行了性能化设计,同时对转换部位及楼板开大洞部位进行了专门分析,根据计算分析结果,采取相应的结构加强措施。结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,具有良好的抗震性能。
A high-rise building in Wuhu has 48 floors above ground with a height of 159.75 meters.In view of the characteristics of high-rise transition and twin towers of large chassis in this project,elastic and static elastic-plastic calculation and analysis of the structure was carried out by various programs.In addition to ensuring that the structure is fully in elastic state under small earthquakes,performance-based design was also carried out for key components.At the same time,special analysis was carried out on the transfer part and the large opening part of the floor,and corresponding structural strengthening measures were taken according to the results of calculation and analysis.The calculation indexes of the structure can meet the requirements of the code and the structure has good seismic performance.
