摘要
长宁来福士广场T1塔楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,并且有平面扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、局部梁托柱转换、高度超限,属于超限高层。针对塔楼自身的特点,制定结构抗震性能目标。采用两种软件对结构进行反应谱分析,利用MIDAS软件进行大震下弹塑性验算,保证结构在大震时结构薄弱部位及重要部位满足弹塑性变形要求。
The Tower One of Changning Raffles City-in Shanghai adopts the concrete frame-core tube structure system.Due to the plane torsion irregularity,partial slab discontinuity,partial beam column conversion,and height overrun,it belongs to the over-limit high-rise building.According to the characteristics of the tower,the structural seismic performance targets are formulated.The essay analyses the response spectrum of tower by two different softwares:MIDAS is used for elastic time-history analysis and elastoplasticity calculations under large earthquakes,so as to ensure that the elastoplastic deformation of weak components and components of importance does not exceed its limit.
