多层RC斜交网格-剪力墙体系设计及形式扩展研究

摘要 宁波国华金融大厦项目的裙楼主屋面高度22.55m,为多层RC斜交网格-剪力墙结构体系。主体结构由内框、外框的RC斜柱构件和两侧设置的Y向剪力墙(提高其抗侧刚度)所组成,楼面支撑系统为梁板结构。首先研究了该裙楼的结构体系及特点、RC斜交节点的设计及配筋构造;接着对该结构体系整体指标的控制、结构主要抗震构造措施进行分析;最后对不同立面形式的斜交体系抗侧性能进行了比较。结果表明,RC斜交网格-剪力墙体系相比传统RC框架-剪力墙体系的抗侧刚度要大,对应斜柱框架承担的剪力和倾覆力矩也相对较大;而通过加密斜柱网格,可进一步加大结构的抗侧刚度。 The main roof height of the skirt building of The Ningbo Guohua Financial Building Project is 22.55 meters,which is a multi-storey RC diagonal grid-shear wall structure system.The main structure is composed of the RC inclined column members of inner frame and outer frame and Y-direction shear wall set on both sides(to improve its lateral stiffness).And the floor support system is beam-slab structure.Firstly,the structure system and characteristics of the skirt building,the design of the RC diagonal joints and reinforcement structure are studied.Then,the control of the overall indices of the structure system and the main seismic structural measures of the structure are analyzed.Finally,the lateral performance of the diagonal system with different elevation forms is compared.The results show that the lateral stiffness of the RC diagonal grid-shear wall system is larger than that of the traditional RC frame-shear wall system,and the shear force and the overturning moment of the corresponding inclined column frame are also relatively larger.And the lateral stiffness of the structure can be further increased by densifying the diagonal column grid.
