摘要
龙江新城市广场二期扩建工程属于A级高度的大底盘双塔高层建筑,对该工程进行了罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析,分析内容包括结构在罕遇地震作用下的楼层位移、层间位移角及楼层剪力,同时对结构的核心筒剪力墙、局部单跨框架及楼板的塑性损伤做出评价。分析结果表明,该结构在罕遇地震下的层间位移角满足规范要求,其关键构件的塑性损伤在可接受的范围内,结构整体安全,抗震性能满足"大震不倒"的设防目标,并对该工程的薄弱部位提出相应的加强措施。
The second phase extension of Longjiang New City Mall is classified as a complicated A grade high-rise buildings with large chassis double-tower.The structure elastic-plastic time history performance is analyzed during conditions of rarely occurred earthquake.Analytic content contains structure performance of storey displacement,storey drift ratio and storey shearing force,and plastic damage of the vital member which includes Core-Tube shear walls,single span frame,and partial slabs is evaluated.Analysis results show that the structure story drift ratio can meet seismic design code requirement,and plastic damage of the vital member is acceptable.The structure is safe as a whole.Seismic behavior of the structure can achieve the seismic fortification target of No Collapsing in the Strong Earthquake.The weakness of structure is strengthened effectively.
