摘要
知识产权出版社气象路业务楼位于北京,为混凝土框架-核心筒结构。结构立面局部楼层向外悬挑11m,底层的部分框架柱为1︰5斜柱,上部核心筒单侧收进,这些特点均给抗震设计带来了困难。针对以上问题,经过结构分析,局部采用型钢混凝土构件和跨层钢结构桁架构件。通过合理的结构构造和加强措施来改善抗震性能、保证传力路径,满足结构受力要求,可为具有相似特点的建筑结构设计提供参考。
The Business Building of Intellectual Property Publishing House located on Qi Xiang Road in Beijing is frame-corewall structure.There is 11 m large span cantilever in elevation,some frame columns on ground floor are 1︰5 inclined,the corewall has unilateral setback on upper floors,all of above cause the difficulties in seismic design.After the structural analysis against the issues,the countermeasures include adopting steel reinforced concrete members and steel trusses across floors.Through the reasonable constructional and strengthening measures,the seismic performance is improved,load path is guaranteed,and the structural requirements are satisfied.This is the reference for the buildings with similar characteristics.
