摘要
作为著名的后现代主义艺术家,辛迪·舍曼从未承认自己女性主义者的身份,但她毫不讳言自己的作品是以处于现实文化中的女性角度进行观察的结果。在舍曼早期作品《无题电影剧照》中,可以很明显地感觉到作者受当时女性主义思潮影响对男性社会的批判,尽管这种批判现在看来是消极的,更像是来自问题内部的修正。本文通过对舍曼《无题电影剧照》进行分析,从形象文化表现、对作者的解构与重建以及反述行性和性别建构等方面,尝试解读后现代女性主义对舍曼的影响。
As a famous postmodernist artist,Cindy Sherman has never admitted her feminist identity,but she makes no secret of the fact that her works are the result of observation from the perspective of women in real culture.In Sherman’s early work Untitled Film Stills,it is obvious that she criticized the male society under the influence of the feminist trend at that time,although this criticism now seems to be negative,more like a correction from the inside of the problem.Through the analysis of Sherman’s Untitled Film Stills,this paper attempts to interpret the influence of postmodern feminism on Sherman from the aspects of image and culture expression,deconstruction and reconstruction of the author,as well as the construction of restatement and gender.
