以服务设计视角对大学校园空间提出设计思路,探究大学校园空间设计的痛点,运用利益相关者分析、潜在接触点、用户旅程图和服务蓝图等服务设计思维工具进行分析,以具体案例说明服务设计能够有效提升大学校园空间的利用率,具有相应的实践价值。

FFrom the perspective of service design,this paper puts forward the design ideas for university campus public space,explores the difficult points in design,analyzes the service design thinking tools such as stakeholder analysis,potential contact points,user journey map and service blueprint.It illustrates with specific cases that service design can effectively improve the utilization rate of university campus public space,which has practical value.
