产品设计专业《材料与工艺》课程实践教学研究 被引量:1

摘要 产品材料的加工与制造流程复杂,技术性强,设备需求多且占空间较大,都是现有教学环境及教学硬件上所不能满足的,民办院校更甚。传统偏重纯理论知识传授的教学方式不仅让学生学起来枯燥乏味,还无法直观理解,这种难以平衡的矛盾成为影响课程效果的最大因素。围绕具体的"材料-混凝土材料"计划项目实践进行教学,在有限的教学资源下,以地方产业资源为依托,把本地的优势产业资源及专家引进学校,促使学生走出去到产品生产制造的一线工厂去参观,课程教学设计围绕"教─学─做─创"为主线,以"创"(创新及创业)为目标,推动产学研合作模式融入课程。最终研究结果表明,学生通过材料的强化实训设计任务,掌握了材料的加工流程,理解了材料与产品、设计、制造的关系,树立了系统设计思维方式,从而由产品材料工艺基本教学向产品设计整个知识体系建立良好过渡。 The processing and manufacturing of products and materials is complex,technical,and requires a large space.It is hard for the existing teaching environment and teaching hardware to meet the requirements,especially in private colleges.However,the traditional teaching method of imparting pure theoretical knowledge can be boring and ineffective.To solve this problem,teaching reform is carried out around the project practice of Concrete Material.With limited teaching resources,the teaching relies on local industrial resources,and invites local advantageous industrial resources and experts to campus.Students are encouraged to visit the first-line factories of product manufacturing.The course design focuses on"teaching-learningdoing-creating"and aims at"creating"to promote the integration of industry-university-research cooperation mode into the curriculum.The final research results show that students have mastered the processing flow of materials,understood the relationship between materials and products,design and manufacturing,and established the thinking mode of system design to make a good transition from the basic teaching of product material technology to the whole knowledge system of product design.
