摘要
在人工智能产品应用越来越广泛的当下,为了探究人工智能产品情感化设计的规律,以对产品功能部署产生指导性意义,本文对现有情感化设计文献进行了深入研究与总结,根据情感化设计的三个阶段,结合智能语音产品的功能表现,本文将其情感体验分为即时情感交互、情感印象、情感关系三个阶段,进行目标拆解和功能归类。研究发现,在三个阶段中,国内流行的智能语音助手相应的情感化设计功能均有部署,但在情感关系上受技术限制稍有不足。
With the increasing use of artificial intelligence products,in order to explore the rules of emotional design of artificial intelligence products and to have a guiding significance for the deployment of product functions,this article has conducted in-depth research and summary of existing emotional design literature.According to the three stages of emotional design,combined with the functional performance of AI voice assistant,this article divides emotional experience into three stages of instantaneous emotional interaction,emotional impression,and emotional relationship,on the basis of which,performs objective disassembly and function classification.The study found that in three stages,the corresponding functions of emotional design of the popular AI voice assistants in China have been deployed,but the emotional relationship part is slightly insufficient due to technical limitations.Finally,in the context of the rapid development of the AIoT,the article looks forward to the future developing direction of AI voice assistant.
