长链非编码RNAs介导细胞凋亡在骨肉瘤领域的研究进展

摘要 骨肉瘤是一种常见于儿童和青少年的原发恶性骨肿瘤,占所有儿童癌症的2%,可发生于任何年龄,但是最常发生在10~19岁。骨肉瘤具有高度侵袭性、强转移性和预后不佳的临床特点。长链非编码RNA是非编码RNA家族的一员,通常由200多个核苷酸构成。长链非编码RNA的异常表达与骨肉瘤的发生、迁移、侵袭、预后密切相关。本文就长链非编码RNA通过介导细胞凋亡在骨肉瘤中的作用机制作一系统综述。 Osteosarcoma is a common primary malignant bone tumor in children and adolescents,accounting for 2%of all childhood cancers.It can occur at any age,but the most common diagnosis is between the ages of 10-19.Osteosarcoma has the clinical characteristics of high invasiveness,strong metastasis and poor prognosis.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a member of the non-coding RNA family,which usually consists of more than 200 nucleotides.The abnormal expression of lncRNA is closely related to the occurrence,metastasis,invasion and prognosis of osteosarcoma.This article systematically reviews the mechanism of apoptosis mediated by lncRNA in osteosarcoma.
