摘要
在临床,利尿药主要用于治疗各种原因引起的水肿以及高血压、心衰等疾病。本文按照作用机制不同,对传统利尿药的临床应用及研究进展进行归纳总结。同时,对近些年利尿药的新用途扩展以及新靶点研究取得的成果进行综述,为新型利尿药的研究提供依据。
Diuretics are mainly used to treat edema caused by various reasons and diseases such as hypertension and heart failure.According to the different mechanisms of action,this article summarized the clinical application and research progress of traditional diuretics.At the same time,the new uses and new targets of diuretics in recent years were reviewed to provide a basis for the research of new diuretics.
