姜黄中3种主要成分的药代动学研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESS ON PHARMACOKINETICS OF THREE MAIN COMPONENTS OF TURMERIC

姜黄为药食两用的传统蒙药,具有多种功效。姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素和双去甲氧基姜黄素是其主要的活性成分,药理作用广泛,特别是在抗肿瘤方面具有独特优势,是当今研究的热点。本文查阅并整理近几年来国内外有关三种成分的相关文献,对这三种化合物的体内外药代动力学进行综述,以期能为姜黄的剂型开发和临床合理用药提供理论依据。

Curcuma is not only medicinal but also edible traditional Chinese medicine and has many kinds of efficacy.Curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and dimethoxycurcumin are the main active components of curcuminwhich are the focus of current researchesbecause of showing a wide range of pharmacological effects, especially unique advantages in anti-tumor. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of dosage forms and clinical rational drug use, relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years are read and sorted out to review the in vivo and in vitro pharmacokinetics of these three compounds.
