2019年12月中国甲乙丙类传染病疫情动态概要

Summary of National Data of Class A, B and C Communicable Diseases in China, December 2019

2019年12月(2019年12月1日0时至12月31日24时),全国(不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)共报告法定传染病1707322例,死亡2636例。其中,甲类传染病无发病、死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余21种乙类传染病共报告发病288739例,死亡2618例。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、猩红热和淋病,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的94%。

In December 2019(from 00:00,1 December to 24:00,31 December),a total of 1707322 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 2636 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan,the same below).In communicable diseases in class A,No cases and no deaths were reported.In communicable diseases in class B,no cases and no deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,poliomyelitis,human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus,diphtheria and human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus were reported.For the remaining 21 communicable diseases in class B,288739 cases were reported,including 2618 deaths.The first 5 diseases in terms of reported case number were viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,syphilis,scarlet fever and gonorrhea,accounting for 94%of the total reported cases in class B.
