民族地区乡村振兴的实践逻辑、边界表达与可行路径——基于民族地区4省12个乡镇的调查

Practical Logic,Boundary Expression and Feasible Path of Rural Revitalization in Ethnic Areas:a Survey Based on Twelve Towns in Four Provinces in Ethnic Areas

基于2022年8—10月在青海省、甘肃省、西藏自治区、宁夏回族自治区12个乡镇开展的“农民视角的乡村振兴”调查所收集的935份农户调查问卷,以及针对部分农牧民、村干部、乡镇和县级领导干部的深度访谈资料,在综合考察民族地区“乡村”“振兴”的认知和理解基础上,借助实地调研案例深度呈现民族地区乡村振兴实践的多维现实表征,重构建立在增长主义视域下民族地区乡村振兴实践的逻辑,审视民族地区乡村振兴的关键表达与边界约束,最后提出民族地区乡村振兴战略推进的可行路径,冀求突破“增长的胜利”成为民族地区乡村振兴的“标准路径”。

The article is based on 935 questionnaires from farmers’households and in-depth interviews with some farmers and herdsmen,village cadres,towns and county leaders in 12 towns in Qinghai,Gansu,Tibet Autonomous Region,and Ningxia Autonomous Region during the period from August to October in 2022.On the basis of comprehensively examining the cognition and understanding of“countryside”and“revitalization”in ethnic areas,the article presents the multidimensional reality of rural revitalization practices in ethnic areas with the help of field research cases,reconstructs the logic of rural revitalization practices in ethnic areas under the perspective of growthism,and examines the key expressions and boundary constraints of rural revitalization in ethnic areas.Finally,it proposes a feasible path for the promotion of rural revitalization strategies in ethnic areas,hoping to break through the“victory of growth”to become the“standard path”for rural revitalization in ethnic areas.
