目的 研究李可古中医流派的用药特点。方法 借助古今医案云平台等统计工具,运用数理统计方法,整理分析李可古中医流派代表性协定处方。结果 李可古中医流派临床处方,高频用药有炙甘草、人参、附子、茯苓、乌梅等48味,以甘味、平性药为主、整方药味多<13味,剂量集中在100~300 g之间。结论李可古中医流派参悟经典理论及李可思想,结合临床实际,具备药少力专、药量范围宽、重用甘味药等特点,其用药经验对现代临床具有重要的启发性。

Objective To study the medication characteristics of LI Ke’s ancient TCM schools of drug using.Methods With the help of Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform and other statistical tools,the representative agreement prescriptions of LI Ke’s ancient TCM school were analyzed by mathematical statistics.Results According to LI Ke’s clinical prescriptions of TCM,there were 48 kinds of high frequency drugs,such as roasted licorice,ginseng,aconite,poria cocos,and black plum,mainly sweet and mild drugs.The whole prescription was mostly less than 13,and the dosage was concentrated ranged from 100 g to 300 g.Conclusion LI Ke’s ancient TCM school comprehends the classical theory and LI Ke’s thought,the combination with clinical practice leads to the characteristics of less medicine,more powerful medicine,wider dosage range,and more use of sweet medicine.His medication experience has important enlightenment for modern clinical practice.
