黄芪白术西洋参口服液辅助化疗治疗喉癌改良垂直半喉切除术后效果研究

Effect of Huangqi Baizhu and American Ginseng Oral Liquid as adjuvant chemotherapy in treatment of laryngeal cancer after modified vertical hemilaryngectomy

目的观察黄芪白术西洋参口服液辅助化疗治疗喉癌改良垂直半喉切除术后效果的研究。方法将我院68例喉癌改良垂直半喉切除术后患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各34例。对照组给予化疗,治疗组给予黄芪白术西洋参口服液辅助化疗。比较两组治疗后卡氏得分改善情况、疼痛分级改善情况,治疗前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分,血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2、MMP-9)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组卡氏得分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组疼痛分级改善情况优于治疗前,治疗组疼痛分级改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组SDS得分、SAS得分、MMP-2、MMP-9低于治疗前;治疗组SDS得分、SAS得分、MMP-2、MMP-9低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪白术西洋参口服液辅助化疗治疗喉癌改良垂直半喉切除术后效果显著,改善疼痛分级和不良情绪,抑制肿瘤浸润和转移。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Huangqi Baizhu American Ginseng Oral Liquid as adjuvant chemotherapy in treatment of laryngeal cancer after modified vertical hemilaryngectomy.Methods Sixty-eight patients with modified vertical hemilaryngectomy for laryngeal cancer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 34 patients in each group.Control group was given chemotherapy,while treatment group was given Huangqi Baizhu American Ginseng Oral Liquid as adjuvant chemotherapy.After treatment,the improvement of Karnofsky score and pain grading,the scores of Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)before and after treatment,and the levels of serum Matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-2,MMP-9)were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of Karst score in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of pain grading in both groups was better than before treatment,while the improvement of pain grading in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05);the SDS scores,SAS scores,MMP-2,and MMP-9 in both groups were lower than before treatment;the SDS score,SAS score,MMP-2,andMMP-9 in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Baizhu American Ginseng Oral Liquid has a significant effect on adjuvant chemotherapy in treatment of laryngeal cancer after modified vertical hemilaryngectomy,improving pain grading and adverse emotions,and inhibiting tumor infiltration and metastasis.
