针推结合康复训练治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Massage Combined with Rehabilitation Training in Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的观察针推结合康复训练对急性缺血性脑卒中患者临床疗效的影响。方法选择120例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组接受常规康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用中医针推治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果干预后,两组患者的FuglMeyer评测法(FMA)评分、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)各维度评分均升高,康复状态量表(MRSS)评分均降低(P<0.05)。观察组FMA评分、GQOLI各维度评分均高于对照组,MRSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针推疗法结合康复训练治疗中年急性缺血性脑卒中患者疗效较好,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,改善患者肢体功能,提升患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training on patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods 120 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each.Control group received routine rehabilitation training,while observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of control group;the curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FMA and GQOLI scores of both groups increased,and the MRSS scores of both groups decreased(P<0.05);the FMA score and GQOLI score of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the MRSS score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training has better clinical effect in treatment of acute ischemic stroke,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms timprove the limb function as well as the quality of life,it is worthy of clinical application.
