针灸联合玻璃酸钠腔内注射对老年退行性膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效及对疼痛程度的影响

Effects of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Intracavity Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate on Walking Distance,WOMAC Score and Pain Degree in Elderly Patients with Degenerative Knee Arthritis

目的观察针灸联合玻璃酸钠腔内注射对老年退行性膝关节骨性关节炎患者疗效及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取我院收治的老年退行性膝关节骨性关节炎患者96例采用单双分号法随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗,观察组采用针灸联合玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、步行距离、僵硬度综合指数(WOMAC)评分及20m步行痛改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组6min步行距离显著大于对照组(P<0.05),两组WOMAC评分与20m步行痛评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),但观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗老年退行性膝关节炎效果显著,可改善膝关节功能减轻临床症状,降低疼痛评分。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate injection on WOMAC score in elderly patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 96 cases of patients with senile degenerative KOA were selected by single and double semicolon method and randomly divided into observation group and control group control group was treated by sodium hyaluronate cavity injection treatment,observation group treated by acupuncture and moxibustion joint cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate,clinical efficacy,walking distance,and the improvement of 20 m walk pain of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation groupwas significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);the walking distance of 6-min after treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,WOMAC score and VAS score in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate injection has a significant effect in treatment of senile degenerative KOA.
