化瘀消肿方塌渍与传统冷敷治疗创伤性肢体肿胀临床疗效比较

Clinical Effect Comparison between Huayu Xiaozhong Recipe Soakage Treatment and Traditional Cold Compress on Traumatic Limb Swelling

目的观察化瘀消肿方塌渍治疗与传统冷敷治疗创伤性肢体肿胀临床效果。方法选取我院收治的90例创伤性肢体肿胀患者采用随机数值表法分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组给予传统冷敷治疗,观察组给予化瘀消肿方塌渍治疗。评估两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度、肿胀程度及不良反应情况,并检测患者治疗前后的白细胞计数(WBC)和C反应蛋白(CRP)含量。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗3d、7d后,观察组疼痛程度明显小于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗7d后,观察组肿胀程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者WBC、CRP指标明显下降,且观察组患者WBC、CRP指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论化瘀消肿方塌渍治疗较传统冷敷治疗创伤性肢体肿胀的效果更佳,能更有效的缓解患者的疼痛及肢体肿胀程度。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Huayu Xiaozhong Recipe soakage treatment and traditional cold compress in treatment of traumatic limb swelling.Methods 90 cases of patients with traumatic limb swelling were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional cold compress,while observation group was given Huayu Xiaozhong Recipe soakage treatment.The clinical curative effect,pain degree,swelling degree and adverse reactions in both groups were evaluated.The white blood cell(WBC)count and content of C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after treatment were measured.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group;on the 3 rd and the 7 th days after treatment,pain degrees of observation group were significantly milder than those of control group(P<0.01);on the 7 th day after treatment,swelling degree in observation group was significantly milder than that in control group(P<0.05);WBC and CRP in both groups were significantly decreased,which were significantly lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);there was no statistical significance of incidence of adverse reactions in either group(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Huayu Xiaozhong Recipe soakage treatment is better than that of traditional cold compress on traumatic limb swelling,which can more effectively relieve pain and limb swelling.
