填精补髓丹加味联合钙尔奇D治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Modified Tianjing Busui Pill Combined with Caltrate D in Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis

目的观察填精补髓丹加味联合钙尔奇D治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法选取原发性骨质疏松症患者120例,随机分为对照组、钙尔奇D组、加味填精补髓丹组、联合组(钙尔奇D+加味填精补髓丹)组,每组30例。3个月后观察比较4组腰椎L2~4与股骨颈的骨密度、血钙、血磷,以及临床症状评分、临床症候疗效前后的变化,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗后,各组腰椎L2~4与股骨颈的骨密度、血钙、血磷、临床症状和症候疗效较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组比较,钙尔奇D组、加味填精补髓丹组和联合组腰椎L2~4与股骨颈的骨密度、血钙、血磷、临床症状和症候疗效有明显改善(P<0.05)且联合组疗效明显优于钙尔奇D组和加味填精补髓丹组(P<0.05)。结论加味填精补髓丹联合钙尔奇D治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效显著,联合用药可使骨质疏松症患者骨矿密度增加,对应用的骨质疏松症患者有明显的促进作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Modified Tianjing Busui Pill combined with Caltrate D in treatment of primary osteoporosis and evaluate its effect.Methods 120 cases of patient with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group,Caltrate D group,Modified Tianjing Busui Pill group and combined group(Caltrate D combined with Modified Tianjing Busui Pill)according to the different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.After 3 months’observation,the influence of blood calcium and serum phosphorus,bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae L2-4 and femoral neck,clinical symptoms and symptomatic effect in the four groups were observed and compared before and after treatment,and the data were obtained and statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the bone density,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,clinical symptoms and symptomatic effect of lumbar vertebrae L2-4 and femoral neck in each group were significantly improved while compared with before treatment(P<0.05);compared with control group,the bone density,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,clinical symptoms and symptomatic effect of lumbar vertebrae L2-4 and femoral neck of Caltrate D group,Modified Tianjing Busui Pill group and combined group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the effect of combined group was significantly better than those of Caltrate D group and Modified Tianjing Busui Pill group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Tianjing Busui Pill combined with Caltrate D has obvious curative effect in treatment of primary osteoporosis.The combined medication can increase the bone mineral density of patients with osteoporosis,playing a significant role in promoting the recovering of osteoporosis patients.
